PAYMENT
At the moment, the only mode of payment would be through PayNow. Upon confirming your order, we will send you the instructions for payment. Please note that your order would be processed only when payment has been received. We will send you a receipt of acknowledgement and proceed with your order.
Do note that the handmade items sold are non-refundable.
SHIPPING
Locations
We mainly ship to addresses in Singapore. If you would like us to ship to locations outside of Singapore, do drop us an email at [email protected].
You can select from the following shipping options for your orders:
Normal mail – $1.50
SmartPac (with tracking) – $4.00
Courier (with tracking) – $5.00
Orders $60 and above would have free normal delivery included.
Orders $100 and above would have free SmartPac included.
Orders $150 and above would have free Courier included.
Lead time
All our products are handmade and most of them are made to order (MTO). Upon confirmation of payment, the lead time for following items to be ready are as follows:
Masks: 6 – 8 days
Custom Order Clothes: 3 to 5 weeks
For ready stocks, we will ship them out within 3 days.
