How are your masks made?
❤️ Consists of 3 layers of fabric
🧡 2 of which is 100% cotton & 1 polyester cotton
💛 Comes with a filter slot (100% cotton)
💚 Has adjustable & comfortable elastic ear loops (same as the ones used on surgical masks)
💙 3D template – allows wearer to be more comfortable due to more space inside the mask
What do the terms used mean?
MTO: Made to Order – We will only make the item when you place your order and have made payment for it.
RTS: Ready to Sell – These are ready made items that can be purchased and shipped out immediately. If you want that item in a different size and it’s not available, please contact us at [email protected].
OOAK: One of a kind – This item is one of a kind and is only available in the stated size.
WYSIWYG: What you see is what you get. The designs of these products are sold as it is, meaning the image reflects the actual design you will be receiving.
Will the items look exactly like in your pictures?
All our items are handmade and we use different materials for the different designs. Even for items with the same design, we will use different parts of the cloth. As such, every item will definitely be different and unique and you may not receive the exact design that is shown on the display. Just like life itself, we believe that beauty doesn’t come by being perfect. The beauty of life is the imperfection and uniqueness of it. So you can be assured that every item you receive will be beautiful and unique just like you. 🤩
Can I use a filter with the mask?
Yes. Every mask comes with a filter slot that allows you to insert your desired filter to provide extra protection. We also a few types of filters in our store here.
Sizing
How do I know which size is suitable for me or my child?
You can refer to our Sizing page for more information regarding this.
The sizing selected is wrong, can I exchange it for a different size?
As all our pieces are specially handmade and we have limited pieces, we would advise that you check the measurements at our Sizing page before purchasing as all items are non-refundable. For the masks, while we may have multiple pieces, it is still non-refundable nor can it be exchanged due to hygiene purposes.
Do your sizing run big or small or are they true to size?
This varies from the individual patterns and we would always try to indicate in the different item description if possible.
My child is in between sizes, can you do alterations to the length, waist or any other parts of the clothing?
For ready made items, we will not do any further alterations. If you are purchasing a MTO item, contact us at [email protected] to see if it is possible for any modifications to be done. This is dependent on the design and complexity of the modifications you are looking at.

Customisations
I see a dress/shirt/romper pattern that I like but I prefer another fabric, can I MTO one that combines the 2 separate items? How do I go about ordering that?
